Åge Sten Nilsen

Åge Sten Nilsen (born 22 November 1969 in Sarpsborg) is a Norwegian rock artist. He is known as a singer in the band Wig Wam where he uses the stage name “Glam”. Åge Sten Nilsen is from Sarpsborg, but now lives in Fredrikstad.

Nilsen ran past with sports, football and baseball, but is also an accomplished draftsman. A breakthrough year was 2005, when the Wig Wam participated in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Åge Sten Nilsen – BRAVE

Nilsen put up music show The Show Must Go On – A Tribute to Queen, with premiere 17 October 2007 at City Scene in Fredrikstad. Since it was a huge success, the show has toured the winter / spring in some cities in southern Norway and tour premiere was in Drammen Theatre 30 January 2008.

In all of 2008 touring Nilsen, Norway, The Show Must Go On and it was completely sold about 60,000 tickets, and were the first to have 10 show in Drammen Theatre, which was completely sold out. He brought with him, among others, Stian Joneid and Jonas Groth, two other well-known sarpinger.
9. February 2009 Nilsen released his second solo album, Glamunition.
